Tornado development in Oklahoma captured on chopper video

🌪️ This was earlier, LIVE chopper video of a storm in Oklahoma, where a tornado outbreak was underway.

Across parts of the state, schools were closed and people were asked to stay on alert for rapidly-changing weather conditions. The NOAA NWS Storm Prediction Center issued a rare, "high risk" area for severe weather.
