SEF has been contacted for help from an elephant owner. Are we able to bring this elephant to receive the care of our project? The elephant's health is beginning to deteriorate. She has fallen several times recently. Both eyes have issues for treatment. Vision is poor.
At age 75, the owner is now worried about the elephant's failing health and of poor environmental conditions. This lovely old female is named Saengduean. She is an old elephant, and most of her teeth have fallen. We are now considering the elephant's health and whether she can travel at this time, or not. Updates soon.
