Hi Guys - Thank you for tuning into another one of my videos. This one was a bit hard for me to make. I was a huge Sephora devotee for a longtime, but with all the problems that I along with numerous other people have been experiencing, I felt that it needed to be highlighted.

My goal would never be to shame any retailer. While I do applaud Sephora for listening to customers on their Favorites/Beauty Box program, I also hope that Sephora will listen with a sympathetic ear to some of the other issues that customers are currently having.
