Hello everyone.
Today we will introduce two methods for welding thin stainless steel tubes.
Although the welding speed is the same, the penetration depth can be adjusted by varying the laser power.
And different penetration depths can be applied depending on the situation.
When welding without purging the inside of the pipe, low penetration welding is necessary to prevent oxidized blooms from forming inside the pipe.
If the inside of the pipe needs to be purged with gas and welded with complete penetration, deep penetration welding is required.
Of course, more diverse penetration depths can be adjusted by adjusting the welding speed or laser power.
