10 More Cities with Homes Under $100,000 (Or Less)

Let’s take a look at more cities where you can buy a home and own some real estate for under $100K.
In case you didn’t see the last video we are focusing on cities that have a good amount of homes going for $100k or less that aren’t a total nightmare.
Home prices are skyrocketing right now and the average sale price in the 4thQ 2021 was closing in on $400k. That is the sale price, not the median. The median listing price is closer to $300k.
For a lot of people in this country, those numbers are depressing. If you are making under $40k a year you are probably thinking you’ll never achieve the American dream of owning a home.
Don’t worry, you still can. There are cities in the US that have plenty of homes for $100k or less.
Are these the best cities to buy a house, probably not? Will you find Malibu, California or Aspen, Colorado on this list? Not a chance.
What you will find are homes the average person can buy if they have a full-time job. Even if you work full-time at minimum wage you can probably afford a house on this list.
