Best Bagels Recipe:
500 grams/4 cups of bread flour
25 grams/2 tbsp of white sugar
10 grams/1 tbsp instant yeast
300 grams/1 & 1/3 cups of warm water
6 grams/1 tsp of salt

Everything Bagel Seasoning:
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
2 teaspoons flakey sea salt
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
1 tablespoon plus dried minced garlic
1 tablespoon plus dried minced onion
