Martin Short Remembers Late Wife Nancy Dolman in Netflix Doc: “Drop-Dead Beautiful” #shorts

Martin Short opens up about his late wife Nancy Dolman in the Netflix documentary Marty, Life Is Short. The couple met in a 1972 Toronto production of Godspell. Short calls her “drop-dead beautiful” with a “Joni Mitchell look.” They adopted three children (Katherine, now deceased; Oliver; and Henry) after learning they couldn’t get pregnant due to Dolman’s endometriosis. She died of ovarian cancer in 2010 at 58. Catherine O’Hara says Short handled grief “with a sense of humor.” Short says loss “is going to happen to all of us, and we must celebrate.”
