All you need is:-

Mix, mix......
*Take chaapati, and smash the aloo masala as shown..

For green chutney:
*Coriander

*Sesame seeds
*Peanuts
*Cumin seeds
*Salt, sugar, lemon
Blend it all to smooth paste.

Assembling:
*Green chutney
*Cucumber
*Tomato
*Onion
*Beet root
*Chaat masala
*Cheese
*Smashed aloo masala rotis
Drizzle it with some ketchup and serve.
