Porter Road Leg of Lamb Sous Vide and Rotisserie on the Hasty Bake Gourmet

Check out this cook on an amazing bone in leg of lamb from Porter Road Butchers! I Seasoned it up with FreshJax Organic Greek and Mesquite Lime seasonings, Sous vide it at 140f for 4 hours, then finished it on the Hasty Bake 257 Gourmet using the new Rotisserie i got for it.. I used the Meatstick to monitor the temperature in the sous vide bath and also on the rotisserie! This was the BEST lamb I have ever made!
