The Untold Story of the First Continental Congress

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, not much is talked about the First Continental Congress which convened in Carpenter's Hall, Philadelphia, from September 5 to October 26, 1774. They agreed to boycott British goods in both directions, issued a Declaration of Rights and Grievances, and asserted in Section 4 that the foundation of English liberty and free government is the right of the people to participate in their legislative council. This gathering served as a key prelude to the Second Continental Congress and the Declaration of Independence two years later.
