How to do cream base makeup

Cream Base where we used all cream or liquid products after Powder locking we can't use any of it...
Contouring in areas which we need to sculpt and make it look slim , highlighting with one or two tone lighter help to uplift the area.

In this i have not used cream blusher so for casual or for sider makeup as per need it can be used or skip if required. After blusher we do Powder locking.
