Managing Grouped Stops in the Amazon Flex App

One of the most topical discussions across all of the Amazon Delivery Driver forums on all the platforms is Group Stops. Hated by most, confusing to many, misunderstood by some.

This video points out the flaws in the Group Stop feature and how Drivers are seeing their stop count understated by 25%-40% every day. The video also details that there are specific instances where Grouping Stops can be useful and save steps and reduce stress.

Grouping Stops is a "cheat-code" for some and that is why there is an ever-growing number of Amazon DSP and Flex drivers that are adding them every day. BUT there is a metric that Amazon monitors that will eventually find them out, although I haven't heard of anyone getting an infraction for it yet.

Urban Myth has it that there IS a way to ungroup stops, but I've never actually had anyone show exactly how to do it. The only stops you can "Remove from Group" in the Flex App are the ones that you added during that session.

Happy to hear your feedback in comments, and I'd love to get some momentum going to either remove the option in the App, OR give us the ability to clear grouped stops that make absolutely no sense unless you are cheating on the phone work!
