5.1 PDS Kit: Testing Introduction

In this video we tackle the activity for Day 5 which is to run User Testing sessions. This day is when you will present your proposed and prototyped solution to real users. In this video we cover why testing is important, what you need to do to run a user test session, some tips to help you out when running your sessions and we give examples of both good and bad questions. Finally, we take a look at what type of results you may get at the end of Day 5 and what to do with them.
