The lines performs automatically the air blowing with an existing bridge device, the filling, and the corcking with natural and synthetic corck also the capsules feeding application is made automatically.

The filing machine is equipped with 90 filling valves, the corcking is equipped with 20 heads, and the capsuling machine is equipped with 10 heads.

All the phases of the filling process and the relative times are user friendly settable from the operator control panel, HMI Human Machine Interface wide touch screen.
All recipes are recorded and easy accessible.
Batch pre-setting bottle counting for tailored batch performance.
Double HMI front and rear of high speed line allowed operator to manage ergonomically the line.

The regulation of product level in the bottle is fully automatic and controlled from the PLC.
Large fill height variation is obtained without the requirement of parts replacement.
The filling valves permits to perform a dedicated filling cycle specific for different filling product recipes. Still wine can be filled hot as well with dedicated recipes.

Bottle changeover is fast and easy without tools, just quick handles, easy change over parts, pre-setting with servomotors, recipes via HMI.
Star wheels easy adjustable in continuous cover wide range of glass bottles.

Guaranteed low oxygen pick up (high quality during filling process) with possibility of separate return gas from the bottle.

The CIP cleaning cycles are completely automatic both for short cycles (for example at the product change over) and for long cycles (for example at the end of working cycle/batch).
The cleaning operations can use a fixed station for the wine recovery and filling valves washing, or automatic dummy bottles both in the drainage and the application under the filling valves.
Moreover, the machine is connected to an automatic microfiltration and washing plant.
