Sponsoring & Onboarding in Direct Sales (Direct Sales System 7/7)

We’re finally talking about sponsoring & onboarding! I think this system has been the most anticipated & requested in this whole series, so I want to lead with one of the best pieces of advice I received when it came to building my business.

Be a servant leader. When you help them reach their goals, you’ll reach yours every. single. time.

Now, some people use the word recruiting & sponsoring synomously but they are very different. Recruiting it what happens before someone starts their business. It’s the conversations you’re having, discussing the comp plan, & helping them choose the best starter kit.

Think about it like a military recruiter… their job is to get you in the door then the drill sergeants do the rest. Being a sponsor is similar to the drill sergeants in this example in the fact that we instill beliefs, show them how things are done, & help them build community.
