Walking in Tokyo, Jiyugaoka Evening Walk - X-T3, 4K 60 FPS.

Jiyugaoka, is a trendy and chic upscale neighbourhood in southern Tokyo's Meguro ward. Located a mere 10 minutes from Shibuya, it's a popular place to live thanks to its many narrow streets lined with shops, bars and restaurants that in some places has a slightly "European" feel to them.

In this video, I'm walking around in the neighbourhood for about 45 minutes during the time when the first commuters start to come back from their workday. You might notice that the streets are considerably emptier at the beginning of this video compared to at the end. This is very typical for residential areas in Tokyo. Some can be very quiet until around 5pm when they suddenly become very crowded and busy.

Jiyugaoka station is serviced by the Tokyu Toyoko Line and the Tokyu Oimachi Line.

This was filmed on a weekday in November 2018, with a Fujifilm X-T3 in 4K 60FPS. The lens used is a Laowa 9mm f2.8, and the camera was mounted on a Zhiyun Crane gimbal for stability.
