My mother and I had a great time creating this together! Here we are LIVE as I walk my Mom through our gentle yoga session, step by step! This was our first take of making our Mother & Daughter yoga video before we did the final shoot! (She did great as we hadn't practiced yoga together or seen each other in two years!)
