I recently asked the bipolar community what their favorite mental health advice was and made a video with 20 of the top responses. It's a great video if you haven't seen it yet. This time I asked people what advice they would give to their younger self. I'll tell ya... If I could go back in time and talk to my younger self, there would be endless things I'd want to say about mental health. So many tips to avoid suffering. Since we can't go back in time, I hope this video helps provide some guidance and reminders of what's important. Whether you are newly diagnosed, or a bipolar veteran – this video is for you.
