1. "Get Moving and Reset Your Body"
Lie on your back, raise all fours into the air, and gently shake them for 1 minute. Wiggle it out to loosen up your entire body, improving blood circulation and promoting lymphatic fluid movement.

2. "Embrace Yourself with a Generous Hug"
Tap on your shoulder blades, gradually increasing the intensity. Reach deeper behind your back with each tap. Spend just a minute on this energizing exercise.

3. "Open Your Chest and Expand Your Breath"
Stand in a door frame with your hands fixed on the sides. Take a small step forward or backward as shown in the video. Tuck your tailbone, engage your abdominal muscles, and feel the stretch in your shoulders. Focus on this sensation for 10 breaths.

Congratulations, you're fully awakened!

Feel free to repeat this sequence throughout the day as desired.
