Heavily Armed Troops - Medical Centre - No Damage
Revolver Ocelot - Armory - No Damage
Tank Gunner - Icefield - No Damage
Gray Fox - Otacon's Lab - No Damage
Psycho Mantis - Commander's Room - No Damage
Sniper Wolf - Underground Passage - No Damage
Hind D - Rooftop - No Damage
Genome Troops - Communications Tower B
Sniper Wolf II - Snowfield - No Damage
Genome Troops II - Cargo Elevator
Vulcan Raven - Warehouse - No Damage
Metal Gear Rex - Underground Base - No Damage
Liquid Snake - Underground Base - No Damage

I didn't include the escape sequence since you have to survive that one only, he has no health bar, there's also an abseiling sequence but your trying to avoid getting shot at..

I Managed to defeat every boss without getting hit at the start except for the two Soldier boss battles later on, they are impossible to avoid since they can hit you anytime.
