Meaning in English: "May everybody be prosperous and happy! May everybody be healthy! May everybody see what is spiritually uplifting! May everybody be blessing! Om, peace, peace, peace!"

During practice this #mantra you are not asking anything for yourself, but rather the goodwill and welfare of every sentient being in the world are being prayed for. In addition, practicing with this Sanskrit mantra provides the practitioner with the healing #energy accumulated over thousands of years from the #Divine and also the millions of practitioners who have recited them over years.

We need to learn how to cultivate peace in our daily lives. Meditation, especially mindfulness #meditation or transcendental meditation, is a simple tool for helping us find the #peace within. Additionally, this mantra should be repeated constantly, loudly at first and then as mental chanting.
