Mini Cannon from Plug!

First things first, you can make mini cannon at your own risk. You are responsible for any harm or damage that you suffer as a result

To make mini cannon I am using Type D plug power plug. Earth pin is made of brass has a diameter of 8 mm. So outside diameter of mini canon is 8 mm. Center is marked and pin is covered with paper to avoid scratches.
Cannon balls for the mini cannon is 4.5 mm diameter. so first I am using a drill bit of 4 mm and I will finish it off with a 4.5 mm bit. So our mini cannon bore is 4.5 mm. Drill bit is fixed to vise instead of drill, this will help me keep the hole in center for mini cannon. Depth of the bore of mini cannon is 32 mm. Surface of mini cannon is finished using 150 grit sand paper.
Next we have to drill fire hole fro mini cannon, for fire hole I am using 1 mm drill bit. Front of mini cannon is tapered a little just for looks. Body of mini cannon is made from 12 mm wide teak wood. Wood is cut to size and pattern is transferred. I am drilling with 8 mm bit to make seat for the mini cannon. Hole for the wheels are drilled with 1.5 mm drill bit. I am using coping saw, sand paper and Dermal to finish the body of mini cannon.
Wheel rims are made from aluminum tube with 22 mm diameter. Wheel hub is from pencil and spokes are match sticks. I want the wheels to look little rust so I am mixing red and black colors.
Mini canon is fixed to the body with five minute epoxy. And some clear lacquer is applied to finish it off. Spacer for the wheels are from brass tube and axle is from 1.5 mm brass rod. Small rubber tubes are used as the stoppers at axle ends. Match stick ends are used instead of gunpowder. And we need a lot of matchsticks.
I want to see how much it will move because of recoil. One square on the paper is 25 mm. So mini cannon is moving around 75 mm back because of recoil.
