COP Challenge: 7.0+ Only Twisting or Turning Skills

This COP Challenge is the opposite of last week's every skill has to have a turn or twist in it (excluding cast handstands and giants). This routine is a bit long, but has a lot of connections so not too many cast handstands to be deducted on. Obviously this would be virtually impossible to execute with the twisties.
