The Clearwater Point Condos are some of the most popular condos on Clearwater Beach.

Clearwater Point Condos are on Clearwater Beach right before you go over the Sand Key Bridge. This community is a wonderful 55-plus community, but there are a couple buildings that are not 55-plus in there.

It is comprised of four high rises and a grouping of small low rise buildings. The difference being the high rises have fabulous views but they don't have any outdoor balconies. You can just open your windows, it has sunrooms. The low rises, same kind of thing, but it's a slider, so you open up, and you feel like more of a screen porch kind of feeling or a porch kind of feeling. And they overlook either the water itself, or the pool area. They are wonderful buildings.

Either way, you go, this community has lots of things to do. They have their own private beach. It is not connected to Clearwater Beach. You have to walk over the bridge to either Sand Key or about two blocks or three blocks to where the actual beach starts. But there are lots of restaurants and things to do, and the views are outstanding. This is where all the boats come through as they're heading out into the Gulf. So lots of things to see, lots of people to watch, great community.

As mentioned, there is a semi-private beach that's part of Clearwater Point. It's not part of the big part of Clearwater Beach, but it's a nice private area to be able to put your toes in the sand and watch the boats come by. It's a great area.

There's also plenty of seating, tables, and chairs for the grilling area. Lots of space where you can eat your dinner and watch the boats go by also.

Beside this grilling area is a large pool deck. It's got pavers on it and many, many chairs for lounging and deep water, and it is heated. And there's also another pool area on the other side of the complex that you can go to, that's more of a lap pool for you. And it also is on the Intercostal side where you can watch the boats come through the channel right there. Lots of fun, lots of interest, dolphins, et cetera.

There is a tennis court for the complex which is at the beginning of the complex. And they also have shuffleboard.

And Clearwater Point is only a 0.6 mile walk to the regular Clearwater Beach.
