Learning to use an $85 Jumbuck Mini Spit // Cooking a venison roast on the spit!

In this video I purchase a Jumbuck Mini Spit for $85 from Bunnings. I manage to burn the first pork roast, nail the second one then try a venison Roast.

As venison is such a lean meat I decide to try wrapping the roast in Pork caul to help retain some of the moisture. The roast turned out well and was delicious!
