Established IT Company who is transiting from a home office to a rented business office to grow the company and hire it's first employee. A rare look inside a small business with an established client base looking to grow. How to start as a single operator business and hire your first employee. Today was suppose to be my first day working from the office. Things didn't go as planned which forced me to travel to the clients location to assist them. With no Internet at the office, I'll be forced to work from home again tomorrow.
