Our 8-week-old puppy, Kisses, tested positive for parvovirus just 11 days after we adopted her. She showed signs of lethargy, vomiting, diarrhea, and loss of appetite.
Because parvo is especially dangerous for unvaccinated puppies, her vet recommended aggressive treatment.
Kisses is now hospitalized, receiving IV fluids, antibiotics, and constant care. We’re heartbroken but hopeful. In just a short time, she’s already filled our hearts with so much love.
