2004 Ford F350 6.0 Powerstroke Straight Pipe -7F Cold Start

Cold start on my 6.0 powerstroke with a 4" MBRP Straight Pipe. Also has a chip in it as well. Temp was at -1 at the time. Got down to -7 that night. Was not plugged in. Truck fires right up above 0 but then when it gets below that, it gets interesting.
