Shower valve stuck, removed and repaired

Shower valve seems to be stuck. I go through repairing, cleaning, maintaining shower valves. Due to limescale I had lots of problem opening and closing the shower tap. In addition, the shower tempreture control was very difficult to adjust. Walking through the processing of fixing both issues.
