Not Playing Games

The plaintiff says the defendant is his sister, who he claims stole his expensive video game console and five of his favorite games. She’s refusing to give them back because she claims he owes back rent, but he denies it. He’s suing her for the value of the items. The defendant says the plaintiff moved in with his girlfriend but then moved out without paying up.
