How to Increase Sales in 2019
Increasing sales is really not that hard, it comes down to mindset. Do you want to be a value-adding partner or just another vendor? If you want to increase sales and be the best salesperson in your company, you have to think long-term and think like a value-adding partner. You have to be a confidant, a counsel, or trusted advisor, otherwise, you're just another salesperson.
- We're talking about sales today and how to actually up your sales game because I think a lot of sales people get it wrong.
It comes down to one simple idea. One thing that I think is really important and it comes down to, do you wanna be a vendor? Or do you wanna be a valuable partner? It comes down to those two choices. Do you want to be a vendor? Or do you wanna be a valuable partner? And those are two very different mindsets.
If you're in any sort of high ticket sales or if you're in any sort of consultancy business or if you're selling services like a website, like digital marketing services, you cannot be a vendor. Because why? Vendors are replaceable. Vendors are commodities.
