BraveTech EU is the first large scale tech alliance between Ukraine and the EU

This €100 million initiative is set to reshape modern warfare with cutting-edge innovations directly addressing the needs of the battlefield. Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov and European Commissioner Andrius Kubilius announced the partnership, which will empower startups and SMEs to create the next generation of defense solutions.

The BraveTech EU initiative will unfold in two major phases: the Seed Phase starting in Autumn 2025, featuring hackathons and collaboration between Ukrainian and European defense companies, and the Scale-Up Phase in 2026, which will support and fund the most promising solutions for large-scale military deployment.
