You can rise up from adversity...Trouper, our resilient #specialneeds #dummyfoal at Family Orchard Farms had a hard beginning of life. This foal birth was our first and we had no idea what to do when he immediately exhibited neuro behavior and dummy foal symptoms. He couldn’t stand on his own. He couldn’t nurse. We took him for treatment for dummy foal and fluids and the vet performed the Madigan Squeeze.

It didn’t look good for Trouper. But then one day...
