Jon Bon Jovi for Covenant House - full :30 spot, 1988

In the late 80s I was responsible for creating much of the video content for Covenant House, the shelter for runaway teens. The charity was able to secure the talents of Jon Bon Jovi for a PSA, and I was asked to write it. To my knowledge, he had not taken any dramatic film roles yet, but you can tell just from these 30 seconds how compelling a presence he was. And as I recall from the shoot, he nailed it in only a couple of takes. This has had a proud place on my writing reel for decades, and I'm delighted to share it now.
