Elite Russian paratroopers attacked Ukrainian lines somewhere near Bakhmut. At least three armoured vehicles and a tank were used during the assault carrying dozens of troops into battle who dismount and charge the Ukrainians. The tank provides covering fire using its main cannon, as artillery rains down. It is unclear exactly what the outcome of the battle was. Ukraine took territory both north and south of Bakhmut over the summer but failed to surround the city, and now Russia is trying to push them back.
