CHEESE STRAWS, CHOCOLATE SCONES - MORE CRYING BUT STILL FIGHTING - RECOVERY

MUM'S LAST WEEK BEING 49!

We had such a great few days! I challenged myself a lot..

We went to Waitrose and Mum fancied a pastry cheese straw and said I should have one too and I DID! It was so different that to start with my eating disorder was telling me it was wrong or not nice but it was SO GOOD! Also if you don't cry in Waitrose are you really recovering lol new experiences but yolo!

Then we went to Chococo and got a hot chocolate and chocolate afternoon tea - chocolate chip scones, clotted cream and salted caramel sauce omggggg! Such a good day, but then i freaked out and cried at dinner BUT I still fought and put cheese on my pasta and just yaaaaaaas!

Even if you cry, and even when it is hard, you can and will and are DOING THIS!

Also went for lunch to a new restaurant with Grandad and Mum and ordered a completely new main, and it was great! It's hard when you aren't sure if you'll like something, and so easy to sticking to what you are familiar with - but what doesn't challenge you won't change you!

Thursday - the day before Mum's 50th! I keep saying it's the start of 'real recovery', and it IS! BUT... it is always real recovery, and I am moving forward and knowing that I need to keep pushing and do things differently.

Made Mums cake and ate the mixture YAAAS! And Dad got lots of balloons which looked awesome!!

This is it! LETS BE THE BEST WE CAN BE!
