WHY do people do THIS?

This customer was SUPER annoyed to find a sharp dent on the rear arch of his car, someone had obviously opened their door onto this panel but instead of doing the right thing owning up to it and leaving a note. They did nothing! Luckily he called me and I performed a paintless dent repair on the panel saving this customer paying a fortune for a very expensive bodyshop repair bill!
