New Updates:

New Daily feeds from nearly 700 MLS boards nationwide
We have been working behind the scenes to expand our MLS coverage, and now it's here! We are proud to announce that in addition to the current comprehensive MLS data coverage, containing active, pending, contingent, expired and failed listings nationwide, you will now receive daily feeds from nearly 700 MLS boards, all containing property pictures, and realtor descriptions! Our coverage will continue to expand as additional MLS boards make their listings available to us in the future.
New Skip Tracing replaces Contact Appends
We have replaced our Contact Appending feature with a more accurate service that pulls information from more credible sources, like credit bureaus! This service is used by law firms, private investigators, and other related agencies who rely on the most accurate information available to locate people nationwide. You will only be charged one time per property address appended, regardless of how many phone numbers or email records were returned. Additionally, there is no minimum volume requirement!

Enhanced COMPS Features
From within the Comparables and Nearby Listings tab in the COMPS selection found in any property's detail screen, you can now sort by MLS status. This means you can sort by sold, active, pending, contingent, expired and failed listings, right from within the COMPS area.

COMPS Calculation Enhancements
Properties that have been marked as sold on the MLS and properties that have recorded at the County are now being cross-checked for accuracy and then displayed in the COMPS results.

From within the Comparables and Nearby Listings tab, in the COMPS section found in any property's detail screen, you will see dynamic information appear and change based on your comps search, and selections, just above the COMPS results columns. This feature will indicate the number of similar COMPS you've selected, refine the average COMPS sales amount, and change the average number of days on market that similar properties took to sell on the MLS. This feature provides you real-time calculations based on closely matching recently sold MLS properties, to help you determine real pre-rehab value.

Enhanced Mortgage Balance and Equity Calculations
We have dramatically increased our Mortgage datasets. We now display mortgage type, mortgage term, interest rate, etc., for nearly every financed property nationwide! As a result, we have increased the accuracy of many calculations within the application. For example: When determining a property's equity position, we take the original loan amounts and then amortize the calculated monthly payments and interest rates over the elapsed term. Then subtract that dollar amount from the properties estimated value, providing you with the most accurate equity estimate possible!

We have added many more postcard templates with content already written for you. You can still make changes to these templates if you choose! We have also added additional font options that include several natural-looking handwriting options. You can now insert custom text to your postcards. The following custom text options will dynamically populate on each one of your postcards along with the information contained in your mailing list! You can use this feature with a postcard template or a custom card you create yourself from scratch.
