Today, I made Baghali Ghatogh, a delicious local stew in northern Iran. It’s very delicious and easy to cook, It’s a unique mix of peeled fava beans, dill, garlic, and eggs.
Baghali Ghatogh is a delicious dish when served with smoked fish, kateh (simple rice), and a variety of pickles.
It’s really pleasant to make baghali ghatogh in the local Gamaj clay pots.
