Turn up the heat with these Buldak noodles topped with a rich peanut butter mayo sauce, a luscious egg yolk, homemade chili oil, crispy fried enoki, and savory homemade dumplings! A flavor-packed dish you won’t forget.

Ingredients:

For the Buldak Noodles:
• 2 packs of Buldak Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen (or any similar spicy Korean noodles)
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tbsp peanut butter (smooth)
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp Buldak noodle sauce (from the packet)

For Homemade Chili Oil:
• oil
• 1 tbsp chili flakes (adjust to heat preference)
• 1 tsp garlic, minced
• 1 tsp sesame seads

For Homemade Dumplings (optional but adds a great touch!):
• 1/2 lb ground beef
• 1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
• 1/4 cup finely chopped scallions
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• Dumpling wrappers (store-bought or homemade)
• Water for sealing dumplings

For the enoki:
• 1 bunch enoki mushrooms
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup cornstarch
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
• 1/2 cup cold water (or sparkling water for extra crispiness)
• Vegetable oil for frying (enough to submerge the enoki)
