Day trading takes discipline, which means that most days have a certain routine about them. This routine starts early in the morning for me and today it meant spending a few minutes in my garden relaxing and visualising.

Then to the charts. I traded for 45 minutes in the morning taking three trades which I describe for you.
The rest of the day is mine but on this occasion I did take one further trade on higher timeframe charts. I describe the trade I took and how I managed it.
