6 DAYS SOFT DRY FAST, WATCH TO SEE HOW MUCH I LOST IN WEIGHT .. DRY FAST

I really enjoyed this fast, apart from the part I started getting pain in my big toe. I just had to break the fast before the full complete 7days. Feel free to ask questions. Remember I’m not a doctor, I’m only sharing my own personal experiences.

After my 14 days water fast, for some few months I was still able to do some short day fast, like 2, 3, 4 and 5 days. After some point I just got exhausted because of many things I was experiencing during the period of December 2029 till July 2021.
