IMA 890 Phoenix Fabric Spreader

We have a newly installed IMA 890 Phoenix fabric spreader with a 92 foot long air flotation table in the south east United States. This is a massive improvement in productivity for the factory which has eliminated the cutting department working over time to keep up with the sewing floor.
An encoder allows the spreader to be programmed down to the mm to ensure each ply starts and stops at the same location. Inputting the marker length, and the number of plies also ensures fabric ply counts are correct.
