- Using a large cast iron pan , add three tbls of butter.. add diced garlic, jalapeno, green onions on medium heat
- Two tbls of flour (thickening agent)
- Add 1 cup of heavy cream, 1 cup of milk, tablespoon or so of dijon mustard, butter, cayane pepper
- Stir & let thicken
- Stir in 3 types of cheeses and cooked bacon if you want - if sauce is too thick, add a little more liquid to thin sauce out.
- In other pan add two tbls of butter and breadcrumbs on medium heat ...please don't burn them!
- Stir in pasta in cheese sauce and show all of it love.
- Put pasta in a glass dish add more cheese and breadcrumbs on top plus add salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 355 and put finished mac & cheese in for 10 or so minutes or until cheese on top melts
- Enjoy :)
