Apple Maps may be the best mapping solution for the general consumer that you'll find out there - you can use it in iOS 15 and macOS Monterey.

1) You can use the "Flyover" feature in Apple Maps to see 3D representations of cities and landmarks like never before!
2) It also has a traffic layer that tells you what the traffic situation is on any given road.
