Strawberry Pretzel Pie (SO GOOD) | Irene Walton

Hi my little strawberry stems, this week I tried to use up some stuff in my kitchen!!! We loooove the end of summer produce although its still in the 100's here in LA!!!

| Pretzie Crust |
4 cups cutie pretzels
2 tablespoons maple syrup (use the real stuff if you can grab it)
1 stick (8 tablespoons) cold unsalted butter, cut up
1 pinch of salt
Some ice cold water

| Yummy Insides |
12 ounces cream cheese
However much powdered sug you'd like
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract (if you remember it)
A couple plops of my grandmommy's homemade plum jam, or whatever garbage you find at the grocery store
As many fresh strawbs as you'd like for topping
1 or 2 tbsp of your fresh lemon simple syrup
Some cute lil' mint leaves for garnish.
