Rules:

- 1 shiny encounter per route/city/dungeon

- Level cap set to Gym Leader's "ace"

- Battle mode "set"

- Items are prohibited DURING BATTLE.

- Fainted shiny Pokemon are perma-boxed
Additional Custom rules:

- Non shinies are permitted for wild encounters only (HM Mons, mons with certain field abilities like pickup/illuminate/run away are permitted)

- Fainting caused from status conditions outside of combat will not be counted towards death tally

-Items permitted outside of combat
Miscellaneous:

- Playing on Nintendo Switch 2

- If you notice that I am not updating my shiny counter live, I am most likely walking on my treadmill while playing. Gotta get my 10k steps in somehow. I calculate how many encounters I get per hour and estimate how many encounters/resets I did during my play session based on how long I played.
