John Gibbons is a registered Osteopath, Lecturer and Author and is discussing how to assess (and then subsequently manipulate) the Tibia, Fibula head and the Talus bones. Some of these techniques can be taught but only to skilled therapists and manipulations plus more is taught on the Advanced Spinal course at the University of Oxford.
