రేవతి రెడ్డి గారు ఒక నిరుపేద కుటుంబంలో జన్మించారు. చిన్నతనం నుంచి ఎన్నో కష్టాలను ఎదురుకున్నారు, ఎన్ని కష్టాలొచ్చినా, ఎన్ని అవమానాలు ఎదురైనా ఆవిడ ఏ మాత్రం వెనకడుగు వేయకుండా బాగా చదువుకొని B.Tech చేశారు. క్యాంపస్ ప్లేసెమెంట్స్ లో ఒక ఉద్యోగాన్ని సాధించారు, కానీ కొన్ని కారణాల వలన ఆ ఉద్యోగం చేయిదాటిపోయింది. తరవాత ఆవిడ డబ్బు సంపాదించాలని ఏ చిన్న ఉద్యోగం అయినా చెయ్యాలని నిర్ణయించుకున్నారు. ఒక ఉద్యోగంలో నెలకు 18,000 రూపాయల జీతానికి చేరారు, కానీ అక్కడితో ఆగకూడదు జీవితంలో ఇంకా ముందుకు ఎదగాలి అనే ఆశయంతో, నేను అనుకుంటే ఏదైనా సాధిస్తాను అనే పట్టుదలతో ఒక Cyber Security Company లో ఉద్యోగం సాధించారు. అంచెలంచలుగా ఎదుగుతూ నెలకు లక్ష రూపాయలు సంపాదిస్తున్నారు. రేవతి రెడ్డి గారు చిన్నతనంలో అనుభవించిన కష్టాలు, ఎలా ఈ రోజు ఈ స్థాయిలో వున్నారో మరియు నేటి యువతరానికి ఆవిడా ఇచ్చే సందేశం జోష్ టాక్స్ ద్వారా మనతో పంచుకుంటున్నారు.

Revti Reddy was born into a poor family, she faced many difficulties since childhood, no matter how many hardships and insults she faced, she studied well and did B.Tech. Got a job at Campus Placements, She was delighted but she realized she got scammed in her college placement, then she decided to earn money, even if it is a small job, later she joined a small company, but with perseverance hope that she should not stop here and she wanted to achieve more in life. Later she got a job in an MNC, by improving her skills, she earns one lakh Rs per month. In this talk, Revti Reddy shares how she overcome her hardships experienced in childhood, how she improved herself, and also shares her success journey through Josh Talks.
