Don't Buy a Home Without a Sewer Inspection
If you are buying a home (especially an older one), you need to do a Mainline Sewer Inspection.
It only costs $150 but it can help avoid a major repair bill in the future.
If you need to repair your sewer line, the costs can add up quickly. $10,000 or more is common.
Most people worry about the roof, foundation, and HVAC system, but the sewer line is just as important. And it’s often more expensive to fix. And if something major does go wrong, insurance won’t cover the fix.
In Omaha, I use Major Drain for my inspections.
